At Wristband Resources, we strive for 100% satisfaction on every order; if you are not completely happy with your stock product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed wristbands are manufactured to your specific requirements and are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are stock products in their original packaging and that it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for all processing.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box before sending it to our returns department.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
